There have been a couple people who have met him on AZ, but Marcel seems to be his natural nemesis. Loved how the avant build thread progressed from the natural respect you initially offer fellow enthusiasts to all out fucking war!
The hilarious thing is that he is an instructor for the Audi HPDE events. I would rather shit my pants beforehand than listen to his nonsense going around a track. Especially considering how important good information is while you are a noob like me. I’m sure he takes the “audi knows it best, and only I know it better” approach to car setup.
I just wonder how much he projects his opinions about others and their cars, cause that is by far where I feel he’s most disrespectful. I don’t really care if he wants to run a $1200 battery or plastic spoiler, but when he starts running his mouth about “that BMW is a limp mode POS” I think is when there should be some nascar paddock action.
Glad to have you here Marcel. Your build thread was epic, and thanks for chiming in with some good material in the S4 forum on old Westicles the past few days. At one point he tried to come over here but IIRC he was pretty quickly verbally bitchslapped and ran home with his tail between his legs after his Westlogic® failed and wasn’t eaten up as gospel by anyone here.
I am so sorry that you have to put up with that turd at HPDEs, but it’s rather satisfying to watch your videos shaming that granny shifter and his “500HP Revo tuned S4” with your A4 wagon. it’s funny how many still eat up his track videos on vendorzine and comment about how awesome his driving is.

I think this was the first time I “met” him… He claimed all kinds of driving experience after this session… I’ve yet to see it…

I only started checking out the B8 S4 forums on zino fairly recently when I started getting PM’s from people that westwets was talking trash and bringing me into it claiming I’d vouch for him which of course was B.S.

Unfortunately I was on street tires since my new Enkei’s and Corsa’s that were supposed to be delivered didn’t arrive at the track until Sunday.
