he fails at much more than reading comprehension. he fails at comprehension of anything period.
I think he said he ran 100 on both the 93 and the 100 runs
He did. Finally lol.
guys, just so you know, my car makes 7,985 horsepower at the crank on my helix139 dyno. I used a negative correction factor off of my nonexistent WHP dyno number to come up with this. I think it’s spot on.
That’s a pretty awesome measurement method.
Here’s another one…no discussion of whether it’s measured by RPM in logs used to determine the range…or eyeballing the speedometer…nor is there any method of standardizing the grade of road being used for the test.

The new story in the thread is that lots of the B8 guys are really green.
They are now arguing that putting 93 in with a 91 tune is a waste of money. And westwest came up with the idea of mixing some 87 to keep it down to 91 lol.
But seriously, adding 93 when you’re tuned for 91 can give solid gains. JHM customers see this all the time (more than they know). The best tunes will have the ability to give you gains with an increase in octane (say running PetroCanada/Sunoco 94 on a 91 tune), while also keeping the car safe if you’re running the lower octane (91).
The ghetto tunes will be pretty rigid and not afford you that elasticity.
The retarded tunes will knock your rods/pistons and window your block by asking for insane parameters on a pump fuel tune.
He is inexplicably mental - I’ve never seen someone fail so miserably at reading comprehension.
The tard wasn’t talking about just mixing in some 87 to keep it down to 91. He actually stated you only need midgrade to run the 93 file with no knock.
[QUOTE=westwest888]Nothing. You only actually need a mid grade fuel to run the tune with no knock.

I’d really like to see him run that Revo 93 file with midgrade.
I will give him that the logs may show no knock though
Holocaust jokes on a car forum? Pretty heady stuff.
WestWest isn’t the car&driver of the B8 S4 aftermarket. That’s circuittested, the guys who said how great the headers were.

And he still doesn’t understand why that is an important factor…

The irony in his reply to Swank’s post about the ECU adapting to fuel had me rolling.
I actually like his latest post about chassis bracing… In that post alone he calls the S4 a “turnkey racecar” with no wrenching required… Wonder how they got all those aftermarket parts on his “turnkey racecar”? Oh and is he talking about the same S4 that he calls out of place and doesn’t belong at the dragstrip? Then he subtly drops the $1MM apartment comment… Sure west we know you are a cash money baller with skills not many other could dream of having… I wonder if he has ever had any female interaction so to say? I’m gonna guess no… lol
Pretty funny how West responded to apexit’s skepticism that “1 in 5 US Audi’s are sold” in California:
[QUOTE=westwest]1 in 8 US people live in California and we generate over $2 trillion dollars in GDP. It’s a larger economy than Russia or Italy. There’s 34 Audi dealers here and they all do huge volume - no mom and pop shops with 2 cars in the showroom.

Per usual, he never, ever addresses the questions or challenges directly put to him. It’s remarkable.
yeah, running revo 93 with east coast 93 fuel was unsettling enough for auditude4.2 that he got rid of the tune and went with GIAC lol
I can’t imagine running it on California 91…or 87. That’s some good comedy.
See how his discussion is continuing to focus on crank hp? Want to know who talks about crank hp? Middle aged men who boast about their car to other middle aged men at cocktail parties. That’s it.
