Awesome! Good luck! You’re gonna love it. I really miss mine
It only rains in California ever 6 months. I would remove the cover the cross air will help keep the supercharger and the charge air cooler.
Well Colorado Springs gets some pretty good winters…However, I am getting an air suspension (save the drama) so I can lift it high enough to clear the snow…Like the mesh idea aaaallloooooot.
I removed the cover and put this!looks GOOD

What did you use to hold it in place? JB Weld? Epoxy?
If u are talking about the whole grill it stays in place w no problem, but if u r talking about the mesh I used Very tinny zip ties!if you zoom the pic u could see the ties!
I see… good ingenuity!
I would love to get your feed back on that over the next week or so. Do you have your old air intake to your air box feeding right to your air filter. That will drop temps dramatically as well.
JHM leaves the air intake in place and has the filter sitting right behind it so it is exposed to fresh cool air. I would like to see if there is some genius way to totally isolate it from the engine heat. Might try to build something upon my return. Anyone have any additional feedback regarding the matter?
