I got the rendering of what my wheel will look like…Ta da!!!
I like. Any ideas on finish options yet? Also, who makes these?
Polished bronze lip, with satin bronze center. Hardware will be gold plated. They are Avant Garde’s new private line called Alpha. So excited!
Any pictures of the bronze finish yet? There are so many variations of that color it’s crazy. I ask because I’m trying to picture them with the gold fasteners. Bronze is also one of my favorite wheel colors for a black car
I expressed that I wanted it to be similar to these colors

Cool. I was imagining something like the lip color on this picture:

I like your combo better though since there’s less contrast between the fasteners and the wheels.
Thats more like it. I just couldn’t find any pictures with the satin bronze centers. Apparently the color liquid bronze changes depending on light angle.
Nice. Either way you’ll have some nice wheels. Can’t wait to see pictures of them on the car.
so were both gonna be rockin phantom black with bronze rimmed stage 1 rs4s, that’s awesome. and my trim gets blacked out in 2 days lol.
Where is the halfway between where you are and Colorado Springs?? Haha!
This is only my opinion, but they would look so much better without the hardware. I really like the color choice though.
Nice design. To add to euro, I think cleaning will be a lot easier as well.
I have been dying to own a set of 3 piece for years. Now I have the chance, so don’t come all rainin’ in on ma parade!!!
Although not COMPLETELY accurate, this is SORT OF SIMILAR to the design…

I like the design, but I might have to agree on the exposed hardware. Have you ever had a 3 piece set before? Exposed hardware is a nightmare to keep clean in my experience. I couldn’t imagine trying to keep everything around the hardware clean on a DD.
This is going to be a first. Guess I better start researching ways to keep them clean…
Armor all wheel protectant
Works great, but it give kind of a matte finish to the wheel
I was looking at some real nifty tools from Griots. I can imagine I will have to take them apart every winter to do a deep clean. Oh well, I have finally fulfilled a dream.
Get them OptiCoated. Water and dirt just bead off and it pretty much lasts forever. If I was gonna spend that much on 3-piece wheels, I would definitely spend the extra money.
Here is a good review w/ some videos: http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/product-reviews/65834-review-opticoat-wheels.html
