Where are all the fast EPL 1/4 mile times? (NO FATS, NO 60-130, NO DYNOS)

I’m thinking I might see mid 130s on racegas, though I haven’t felt it yet. I would be surprised if I didn’t see 130 on pump and a 60deg night on my pump/meth. We will see. All I know is I walked a mustang that runs 11.6-11.8s@mid120s. By mid 4th gear I had put a good distance on him.

Usually a car length on the road is a car and a half at the strip and a car length is a tenth…

Yeah, neither one of us had a perfect launch. I bogged and his two step wasn’t working right so it’s hard to say exactly. I was happy to see I was pulling him pretty well.

do a couple of pbox runs. Launch it like a baby…just roll and hit it once you start to get moving but don’t spin them or drop the clutch or anything. Would like to see what it says.

I totally forgot to run my pbox at the strip last time. Wonder how accurate it is. I do know that I ran high 12s @ 108 with pbox when I was on a nearly flat road here last fall…then I ran high 12s at @ 107-108 at the strip a week later. So it’s pretty close in all likelihood.

Hunter has the pbox. I might just wait until I get home because shipping stuff here is complicated because of where I’m housed. It’s two weeks, no biggy.
I will launch it well. I’m getting a smooth slip down for the launch and it doesn’t seem to be shocking the system hard.

what clutch is it?

So Tony appears to have been confused about that run, claiming a GIAC time as an EPL time. So we can toss out the timeslip posted for the K04 car for bromenetechnic. Funny, Tony tried to backtrack on his comments. He originally said the embarrassing 500 whp EPL car that ran 13s at waterfest wasn’t a big deal because a 375 whp K04 EPL car ran 11s the same day. Only it wasn’t an EPL car…it was a GIAC car lol.
Right Arben. But he was on GIAC when he did that at WF… He didn’t get EPL tuned until afterwards is what I’m saying. I spoke to Dennis this morning, he said he ran that at Show and Go in the fall…
How cares when it happen. You pointed out that a “500” wheel hp car ran a 13… I pointed out that a 375 wheel hps car ran an 11…
Tony…you cared. You said this:
No one is making it out to be “insane” by any means. It was purely an example use to show that a 380 wheel hps car when 11’s@120ish the same day that a 500 wheel hp car went 13’s@11x’s.
Anyway, still waiting to hear if bromenetechnic was indeed EPL tuned when he went 11.8 or whatever it was at show n go in that video I linked earlier. Thyen we’ll get him added up to the list.

You’re a jackass. Why does a time you weren’t going to submit even matter? Oh but it’s a chance to show and make fun of someone being misinformed… Whatever dude, continue to belittle everyone else and never admit when you yourself is wrong.

I was definitely going to put it on the list once we confirmed the information. This is why we confirm information…and this is why you don’t run the list lol.

With that being said, it will be added to the list…but as a GIAC time.

Here’s you pushing to have it added before confirming a thing, in case you forget.

Funny, there isn’t any new information from the guy, there is no second time slip yet now you will put it on the list.? Your logic makes no sense.

If that slip there the 11.646 @ 120.11 was when he was GIAC tuned on MS109, he will definitely be added to the list, as will his 11.9 @ whatever it was at Show-N-Go when he was EPL tuned will be added to the list because it’s on video with a dozen witnesses.

What part of this is so hard for you to understand? If there’s proof of the time, and the driver owns up to it, it will be added to the list. The driver has been PM’d and spoken to. By multiple people.

I will wait for his full modlist for each pass and add them respectively. I already added bigern.

Quit crying like a baby because your big superstars at EPL don’t have any fast times and I was right. It’s not that big a deal. You’ll get over it. Go and make some good times with your own EPL tuned car and we’ll add you to the list…but be less of a bitch about it.

Just an FYI I am going to ignore your whining from now on. It’s tiresome and helps the forum in no way. I am sure people are just as tired of the bickering as I am. PM me if you want to whine. In the forums, I’ll just remind you to FOCYS.

I’m seriously beginning ti think that when you get a tial or epl tuned car the include a book of excuses and a box of tissues

Haha if calling you out on your own rules is being a bitch, then so be it. Big web had two slips. You said “it will be added as GIAC now”. When earlier you were saying “we can’t add this time yet”
I told you from the beginning you would barely. Get any new times from EPL cars. My point was there aren’t a lot of EPL cars that went to the 1/4 mile. With that said you can’t claim they suck at the 1/4 with such a small set of data. How you took me saying “I’m proving you wrong with good times” from that, is beyond me. I was proving you wrong I thinking there were all of these “hidden times”. Stop kidding yourself, fools never admit folly they argue around it. Seems like that is the case here.

FOCYS tweets, FOCYS. If the time gets added, it will have met all the rules. Go read the rules again.

Tweets to be honest if 2 epl cars went to the track and were slow then technically that would be a trend that epl cars are slow

While I know conclusive data would need to stack up over several cars I think at this point the trend is epl cars are slow

If you genuinely want to stop the bickering then let’s stop.

What I learned in statistics is you cannot allude or conclude with insufficient data. Two points can’t be a trend.

Can we be done with this?

Oh the irony.

If you guys are talking about fall show n go Denis ran 11.6 on EPL tune. The car was on race gas, 17" rota grids which weigh around 18lbs, no spare, and no seats minus the drivers. The car also put down 425whp on race gas. so it wasnt 380 like tony said.
