That was an example of cars making power but not performing in the 1/4 well. They do crazy well in the standing mile and 60-130 but not the 1/4.

I don’t know what you mean by that but I reckon my RS4 would beat your 13.5 second car. It’s not like you went 13.5 and trapped 120. Further seeing how fast a car (and driver) are at the strip shows what it’s going to perform like in a race. we can look at 1/8 vs. 1/4 trap speeds…we can look at all kinds of things. Looking at a dyno proves absolutely fuck all.

The 60-130 was created to help the 996 guys use a comparison benchmark with each other. Now everyone who sucks at the quarter mile wants to use it as ‘the benchmark’. It has been adopted by the monster power guys because frankly they have trouble with traction before as much as 80-90 mph.

A UGR Gallardo dosnt do that well in the 1/4 mile compaired to their mph is what tweetler is saying they do a low 8 or high 7 second 1/4mile mph…

Hey saki!! Go to Az and watch me beat a 11.6 sec mustang from a dig! That is the only race I’ve had with this car. I am already faster than you thought I would be. My point is some people like one some like the others. You can focus on one and not do well in the other. Go race a K04 car tuned by JHM on race gas and you can do whatever the fuck you want with your car. Go race something significant and impressive. Go race a car that we know that has gone 11.499 or better @ 125 mph or better and that will be fun to watch. We know that’s not going to be an EPL tuned car, since they have never run faster than 11.6.
As for my runs vs. other cars, you can’t be this dense. You really don’t know where to find videos of my cars? Seriously?
what did I say you’d run? I don’t remember. You have gone from making 500 whp to 580 though, so whatever I said 4 months ago is irrelevant. I do remember thinking you wouldn’t likely run 10s, but if you had I would be impressed.
If you go on race gas in good DA, I reckon your car, which made 580 whp? IS that right? I think a good time for you would be to match or beat the JHM RS6r car. It ran 10.8 @ 130 or so. If you get anywhere near 10.anything or even 11.10 or better, that’ll be really good. If you are trapping around 130, that’s awesome and about right.
Don’t get me wrong, if you run 11.55 @ 125 that will also be great (relative to 99.9% of cars no earth), but frankly that’s 2007-2008 K04 type performance (450-500 whp cars) that your build should ANNHILLATE and you need to do better than that to justify the build.
Wonder if you’ll beat the stock motor, supercharged RS4 from Britain that went 11.42 @ 124. That would be a good benchmark. That’s an expensive car with a $18,000 mod package on it. You’re making nearly 100 whp more than that car. By that rationale you should be beating it by a HUGE margin…maybe 6-7 tenths and 7-8 MPH…and I’m not even considering the fact that your car weighs 200 lbs less.
Primetime should be a cakewalk for you. His car traps 115-117…not 130.
