Miami doesn’t run the Wildcat anymore really. The so called wildcat featured Miami’s RB’s and had them passing and running around. Since we drafted Tannehill we dont really run it anymore but we run the Read option/Spread. its a system similar to Green Bay and Philly that allows Tannehill to decide whether to hand the ball off or keep it on a majority of run plays while running a spread like offense in the pass area.
But Miami is the one who brought the Wildcat back into existence. It was primarily run back in the 40’ and 50’s. Also the reason Miami brought it back is because at the time our QB coach was Dan Henning who happened to be the coach for Arkansas (previously) and he ran the wildcat system there with Darren Mcfadden and Felix Jones.
We went to it out of desperation really. Back in 2008 if i remember correctly. We weren’t doing so hot and went into New England and stomped that ass.
Yeah should be interesting to see how Scotland, ROI and NI get on next month in the Euro 2016 qualifiers after the latest round of matches. And I hope Spurs can hold onto Harry Kane.
None of that information has been proved, is all from “anonymous sources” and reported by asshats that hate the Patriots because they’ve consistently won for the last 15 years. Every team tries to gain a competitive advantage and decipher signals. It just so happens that the Patriots are better at it than everyone else so they are labeled cheaters. If they were getting such a big competitive advantage from their spygate activities then why have they been so good after it was stopped?
As a Pats fan I’m not too happy to face Ndamukong Suh twice a year. Guy is dirty player but adds a lot to the team. Dolphins will be a tough matchup but I’ll bet you a coke they don’t make the playoffs.
Good point. Ditto for “Deflategate.” The Pats did even better against the Colts in the second half when we know for certain that the balls were properly inflated. All of this stuff is rubbish - the haters simply can’t stand the success of Brady/Belichick. I respect it.
