DAMN… BW Dismantlers in Sac just called me and the ECU I ordered is not available cuz they can’t find it?LAME… if anyone knows of a place to order from let me know I’ll have to search for one after I get home from school.
Coming along very nice!
Amazing, like Count said, little stuff makes the biggest change.
Finally the day has come where my wheel search has ended. Thanks to Saki for posting up a link to this great deal on AZ which happened to be local so I met up with the guy and picked these wheels up as fast as I could get my hands on them. ;D

Solid work…when are you going to get them mounted
I’m not sure, it might be awhile. Unless I come across a cheap used set. I have some other things I’m focusing on so the car will have to wait. I just couldn’t let these pass up.
Hahaha damn you! I seriously messaged the seller of those yesterday because I wanted them!! Glad you were able to snag them up! But none the less, JEALOUS!!
god damn that was quick! Looks like my classified finds thread worked. Good to see man…that’s a killer deal.
If you guys find anything on craigslist/ebay/audizine classifieds etc that is a great deal, post it up so the guys here know about it.

Yea, he told me he had a quite a few people trying to get them. But thankfully to Saki for posting the ad on AR. And the guy messaged me 5 minutes after I pm’d him and was available to meet up immediatly. It was a once in a life time chance for wheels to be that price and local. They look to be in really good shape, just dirty. I’m trying to find some tires and get them cleaned up so I can mount them. Only problem is I need an alignment and my tie rod ends are frozen so I will have to replace those to put these wheels on or I’ll burn through tires before I even have a chance to drive it.
Thanks again Saki, that was really smart and considerate of you to post up a thread like that.
Here they are again after 3 hours of scrubbing and 5 t-shirts

So one of the wheels had a decent little scrape on it so I decided to have it repaired before mounting them.

Just like new!, I think the guy did a great job.

I also found some tires for them, 235/35/19 Toyo Proxes 4’s which are a ultra high performance all season and seem to have pretty good reviews. All in all the more I see these wheels on other cars the more I like them. I think I’m kinda becoming obsessed with them, or maybe i just really need to get them put on instead of staring at them on my living room floor. lol
Finally!!! ;D

Mate that is one hot looking car. Nice job
Loks great man!
You need to fill up those bumper slots with bigger tips. Would look great IMHO.
Wheels look tits too. I want to find a lightweight 19" wheel whenever I get around to it. Keep up the good work and car is looking great!
Thanks Lout and Zingo, When I do JHP DP’s with S4 catback I was going to see if the S4 stock tips were big enough or if there was any size difference and if needed get new tips at that time.
I think next I’m going to look for some Recaro’s because I dont know what anyone else thinks but IMO the stock seats in these cars are horrible. I’ve never sat in the Recaros but I’m hoping and thinking they are much better.
Damn you for picking up those wheels still!
They look great, the car is looking great. Keep up the good work my friend!
damn, looking good!
Thanks guys I appreciate it. I am loving the wheels more and more everday!
Update:
034 Control Arm Kit
Apikol Front Snub Mount and 034 Bracket
Fresh Motul oil
Ordered and on the way! thanks to JHM for the good deal they have on control arm kits, it worked out perfectly since I already have some Meyle HD tie rod ends. Not sure how soon install will come cuz its about a days labor on control arms so I might have to wait a month or so but I’ll post review after the install.
When you do your snub mount, let me know how that goes. Ive been waiting to do mine and have not really been told weather or not I have to remove the front bumper or not to get at it.
I’m pretty sure you have to remove the whole front end. JHM is out of the brackets so I’m waiting on them to get more before they ship my parts out. I just checked their site and it says under the installation notes that it does require removal of the front bumper…
