Auditude haven’t you had a license for like 4 years?
What does shifting fast, launching good and driving in a straight line have to do with how long I’ve had my license?
You either can shift fast and drive a car or your fists are permanently made of ham.
Also plenty of people who have had their license for 20 years and can’t drive for shit.

I like how he feels like he has some sort of record because he was on stock wheels lol. The RS4 wheels weigh about 26.5 lbs, so they’re actually quite light for 19x9. They’re not a hinderance that’s for sure, especially with light PSS tires.
Also, for the record, the JHM shop car is Sprint Blue, not Daytona Grey.
Like for like the blue JHM shop car is the fastest RS4 in the world.
The grey JHM customer car is the second fastest.
The APR dealer car is the third fastest, and Flying Potatoes is fourth fastest.
AMD WOODI is 5th fastest.
TTS/MRC Danny is 6th fastest.
The grey JHM car he was thinking (that went 11.12) is not a shop car and actually the first JHM customer car to get the supercharger. He was also the first car in North America to get the APR TVSr1320 supercharger I believe, ironically. He is currently the first customer RS4 in the world getting a built motor, and will be the first customer to get a stage III JHM RS4 setup. It will likely make similar boost to these APR and AMD kits, but as an educated guess, will make 150 more to the wheels. On California 91.

He cut a 1.74 60’ (he also cut a 1.71 on the night…and frankly best we’ll likely see is 1.65 or so on these cars on streets)

Yup. We have all been waiting for the fourth fastest rs4 pump gas time to really revive the platform. Ft went a whole 0.14 faster and no MPH faster than TTS did… 2 years ago.

What is with this obsession with what gas a car is running at the track? When you go to the track you should bring everything you got. I’ve never heard of this except for on this forum.
From my point of view as a consumer, I want to know that the car is running in a configuration that I can achieve. I don’t have ready access to race gas.
Primetime OTOH, uses race gas for daily driving IIRC, so that’s cool with me.
TTS is not exactly an easily available (know its on ONE car stateside) option here in NA. while that is a valid statement while looking at a list of times, the RS community in NA has been waiting for this kind of performance. It just now is what i would consider available in AMD, now APR and very soon JHM.

Sure you can bring everything you got, that is cool too and for bragging rights. Most customers aren’t going to run 104+ though…so saying I have a supercharger kit and APR went 10.60 means nothing compared to someone saying I have the JHM kit and identical mods to a car that went 11.12 in street trim, street tires, and on pump gas.
I don’t think we are against anything here, it just means less to the majority of potential customers who know they will never run their car like that.
