AMD B5 S4 TiAL 605.2 car goes 10.74 @ 135mph

Is this a seperate discussion point? I haven’t heard anyone say that pump+meth tune = race tune so not sure who you’re debating with.

I completely agree it shouldn’t be classified as pump. Hell the power gains alone make it crazy to compare side by side to pump, just as you’re point with E85.

I’m just saying that a true race gas tune probably has more to offer than pump+meth. And hell, there are some guys that run i as race + meth (dunno if they’re gaining anything, but they do), so then that’s a whole convoluted issue as well. So is it really fair to say it’s a straight race tune? Primetime is the only one who legitimately can talk about his race file, b/c he runs it each and every day which is awesome. I doubt he wants his race file times to be in the same category as a pump+meth.

I thought you said it would be classified as a race time since “a car tuned for PUMP + METH. That’s effectively race gas parameters.”. That was my only question real question. Which now wasn’t even a valid question.

Methonal is an ingreadent in most Race gas. If add enough methonal to your fuel stream you have race gas. It would be like me saying… oh yea I have pump gas… when infact I have 2gal of actual pump gas and 2gal of taluine added to my tank doing that is also making a crude form of race gas.

At this point tweets has BS’ed so many times and got cought in so many lies he just blames AR for his issues and then blames JHM…what a basket case…

Motors are run by electricity and it was 1 engine and 1 set of turbos (sold the working old ones). And 25-28k with the car minus maintenance oil etc. Tell me again that I’m lying, hahaha or that I don’t know my own car. Ignorance is bliss I guess!

Lol. I was actually serious. More of an analysis of which Audi platform gives you the best bang for buck… So I reckon 28k gets you the following on other platforms (including install):

  • Probably low 11’s, maybe high 10’s: C4 S4 with a built motor and your choice of big turbo. With that money it’d be a pretty clean C4 at that
  • Low 12’s/high 11’s: Cleanish B6 S4 + supercharger. More mod cons than the C4 S4 option but not as crazyyyy.
  • Proven low 12’s: 2000S4’s RS4 with JHM tune/exhaust (although I think he sold the exhaust). And you’re in an awesome handling RS4 with a suspension/rollbar/wide track setup
