As a result of fitting the 1900 they gave up a load of space, and the intercooler cores on the AMD kit are the size of two breadsticks. I wonder how AMD cars will do when it’s hot out. We’ve seen what they do in -700 feet (their short lived record 11.36) and +500 feet of DA (rs4per was in decent weather).

You guys mention Clarkson but I think AMD have a bit of Top Gear about them - I imagine them putting things together muttering “how hard can it be?” Vis a vis the APR supercharger thread on AZ lol.

Yep, he was in on the ‘beta deal’ for PES. Still paid like $12,000 for an Eaton M90, a supercharger used by Ford and GM in the 1990s on V6 cars that rev to 5500 RPM to make 250 hp lol.

The blower, when pushed to its max, can make about 450-460 hp at the crank. In other words, about the same as an RS4 with piggies.

He was warned about the PES blower being a poor choice (not to mention shitty tuning and hardware)…and he ignore the warnings and bought the PES blower.

He was warned again about the AMD blower being a poor choice (and is finding out how I believe) and he ignored the warnings and bought the AMD blower anyway.

It’s a shame. Nice, smart guy who is very easily influenced by empty headed/hearted people.
