my strategy is to keep my clutch in tact so I can drive it the 169 miles home…but after a couple roll outs, follow folks advice and rev to around 3.5-4 and hit it.

A time slip without an excuse. This is probably the only slip that I’ve ever seen that wasn’t accompanied by a slew of excuses. I’ve put my car on the track before and tried my best not to make excuses, but for some damn reason I end up making at least one.

Ya. No shit! Definitely fell short of expectations. Especially in the trap speed. Whatever. Stopped at DQ on the 170 mile drive home with my lovely girlfriend and all is good.
Like I said already, car and driver are what they are. Maybe I don’t know any better but ya it felt like normal. Maybe my 100% is not 100% of what the car has in it? Been told on more than 1 ocassion that the tune is the tune for stock motor and CA91 and this is where we are at…who knows? Still puts a smile on my face though, but would like to see more out of it.
I’ll throw up the other slips here shortly. Best I could muster was 13.0x @ 11x >:(
Thanks FAW. Again, fell short of hopes but it is reality so not much I can do but sit back and listen/laugh at all the street racers running their mouths rather than their cars.
At least now I have a baseline to work from since this is stock motor, full interior, straight pump gas, as basic as it gets with jhm turbos, tune and fueling.
