Its all about 57mm/2.25in. and bends arent sharp at all.
Not stock, you could put the stock pipe inside this.
It cost me $1100. to the door total.

well no bends look sharp from that angle. Let’s get a better look.
Now lets compare to a fast intentions. THink the Milltek bends are smoothe now?
Milltek A4 3.0 (2.25)

Here’s the Milltek B6 S4 exhaust…basically identical design to the B6 A4 exhaust other than diameter.
Milltek B6 S4 )2.25) on the left, Fast Intentions B6 S4 on the right (2.50")

Does anyone know what kind (brand?) of mufflers fast intentions is using on the B6 S4 setup?
sebring
sebring? that’s a guess.
man that FI exhaust looks so good.
It is going to be a pain to try and find a 2.5 exhaust out here or it will be really expensive.
Didn’t APR recently update their S4 exhaust to 2.5 inch
dunno…I know someone bought their downpipes thinking they were 2.5 but they were 2.25
That would have sucked, checked the apr site…they want over 2k for their cat back out here…
I think I will just save up for shipping cost to get the FI
How old are your Milltek photos?
The bends in mine are not as sharp as the ones in your PICS Sakimano.
Maybe they made some changes to the ones I have?
I didn’t have a chance to take PICS before they went on.
I’ll try and take some PICS and video the next time the cars on the lift.
lol they`re from the links you provided!
the one of the S4 exhaust is a couple of years old.
I see.
The Milltek PIC is about 4-5 years old. Maybe less.
How old are the PICS of the ones in the grass?
There the FI S4 4.2L?

1070$ shipped, Plus 500$ JHM DP’s and thats not bad at all! and i bet it would sound pretty good, I heard it on some S4’s and its sweet. Too bad I can’t find any shops that are willing to put down pipes on for me. I also noticed they add 250$ if you want it all fully polished, I’m curious would anyone ever even do that? To me it seems like it would just get all faded and look like junk from being underneath the car after a few years, or maybe not?
some cars dont get driven enough to get crap all over the pipes, unfortunately
Yeah I don’t get the polished thing. I could see polishing the rear section where you could see it under the car, but that’s it.
Is one of the 3.0 guys near Chicago? If yes then one of you should head to his shop and let him make some catless downpipes and a jig for all of you.
well technically the polished will radiate less heat and resist corrosion better, not $250 worth of improvement to me though
by ‘his shop’ do you mean trexturk?
See and i have the rear end polished (muffler and tips) and i cant keep the fuckers clean! I just gave up… especially since i went catless.
In retrospect i wish i had gone with a titanium finish.
Theres this little sos pad looking stuff that keeps mufflers looking polished but i forget the name…ill look it up when i get home from school.
I’ve used nevr-dull on pipes before with good success
I always thought my tips were never that bad on my B7 S4 even when I went catless. Not terrible anyway. I barely bothered to clean them.
Then I met up with a local guy who was really meticulous about keeping his fast intentions tips clean…the difference was STAGGERING lol. His were so shiny.

Can anyone confirm that the upstream Bosch sensor is the correct part for my downpipes? the one thats 84$
upstream is the DP’s at the front of the car and the downstream is the ones by rear??
