This is one of the few photos I found on google (A4 S-Line)

That said, if it means me having to source OEM ti rails from Germany, I’m not really sure it’s worth while.

yeuch lol
better wheels, better grill, and better ride height would un-yeuch it
the colours are great though

The grill looks like a regular blacked out s-line grill, same as my s4 grill but mine isn’t blacked out.
I don’t find the wheels to be horrible. They’re actually a little like mine I think. Mine have less spokes though and more spaced out every 2 spokes.
Tough call. I don’t have any issues with the wheels on the pic myself but the grill looks off but not sure how it would look with a regular dark grey grill and black trim surround. Might look weird.
V8A6…wonder if your AZ thread would get more hits / views if you changed the title?
Found a great deal on professional wrapping of window trim, and a bigger discount with 5+ cars
Or something. Gotta be careful to not run a group buy or you’ll get yelled at lol. Although they’re pretty slack in the Canada because there are zero sponsors.
Heres one set that I think would fit your car
This one says B6, but it might fit too
BTW, when it says (inkl. MwSt.) in a listing, that means the price includes a 19% tax. If you ever buy something on Buy it Now, tell the seller that you dont pay VAT since you are outside the EU, and request an invoice with that deducted.
Apparently on regular B7 RS4s the rear trunk trim piece is aluminium like the window trim looks.
However on a Ti package RS4, they are not Ti or Black…they are body colour matched.
Personally I dont think I’m going to do anything to this because my car is Avus silver, a bluey greyish silver.
Making it black will be too contrasty. Getting it paint matched to Avus…meh. PITA.
I was going to maybe buy a used one somewhere if it’s cheap, and see how it looks. Removal is straightforward. I think it’s a couple of screws and a pry.
Any thoughts?

I cant change the title, I could only start a new thread. I did update the first listing with all the details, and we have over 1000 views. I think it is just a bad time of year. People are thinking about snow tires, not wrapping their cars.
I had thought about opening a new GB thread there, but I didnt want to risk getting them both shut down, since RESTYLEIT is not an AZ sponsor. Instead, I keep bumping the current thread up, every few days with some update, like pics, etc.
If you think its a good idea, I can open a GB thread there. But if I get a warning, and then they both get shut down, then we are going to lose out on a huge amount of exposure for this event. Realistically, we only need a couple more guys, so, I am hoping the AZ thread can generate that.
BT, when you provide some nice before and after pics, Ill update the AZ thread with them. The wrap looks great on the car in the garage pics, but I think outside pics after a car wash would look better.

How about some clear plastidip over the chrome, just to tone it down a bit and blend it in? Cheap and reversible, if you dont like it, or want a change down the road.
Or is yours matte already?
ours are matte aluminium
couldn’t find a pic where the mirror was farther away from the camera, so this will have to do

ya and as I was sading mine down I went through a couple spots and theyre nice and black under that matte aluminum lol.
Haha figures
Hey can you post some pics of your car out in the sun?
Front shot from 10 feet away and right close up to the grill
Side shot from 20 feet away and right close up on the window trim.
Thanks
(whenever you car is mobile again)
ours are matte aluminium
Oh, cool. I like the matte. I just dislike the chrome, on certain cars.
I sure can but right now its on stands and that fucking bolt is still stuck in there. it wont be mobile for a bit yet. hopefully they used some anti seize on the other side and I don’t have to fuck around so much.
it looks flawless though I really really like it. im also glad I went with gloss over flat. everytime I look at the rear of the car it throw me off not seeing the aluminum strip. I love it.
eres some close ups as requested, im happy with the work, theres a couple spots that aren’t 100 percent perfect but its because of pre-existing issues or just the way they design the windows and trim. like at the rear window where does a u turn u cant lift the rubber to get right underneath so theres an exacto knife width of silver there.
the little spot on the top left was an existing bubble in the silver.

just about perfect ride height. Is this after charged? Or before?
before, It shouldn’t come up much, looks to be on par with all the other h&r installs ive seen. I don’t think the system is actually pressurized and if it is its very very low pressure. when u remove the lines the line emptys on the floor but nothing will come out of the shock until u push it down. I would say overall spillage was maybe 350ml.
I didn’t make an actual appt for the recharge cuz I wasn’t sure when I would complete everything, ill head over there tm and make the appt. im also wondering if I can have them align just the front wheels and save a bit there 170 seems very steep for an alignment.
you know whats funny, I know the system is all connected but the back feels perfectly normal. its only the front that’s bouncy.
Is that just gloss black?
yup, just gloss black. I think it looks great. the mirrors I painted myself though. vinyl is too hard to wrap on rs4 mirrors.
Nice. Looks really good.
