Tiger’s back in the lead! Would be awesome if he won this and qualified for the playoffs.
And how about Davis? Weekend shld be interesting.

unfortuantely he parred the par 5 (15 i think) and then bogeyed 18 or he would still be in the lead
as it is he is 2 back and tied with a couple of other guys at 13.
Still, it will cool to see a red shirt on Sunday…and one that actually means something and isn’t playing for 57th.
Ya the par on 15 was unfortunate. His second shot was about 3 feet from being perfect - would have set him up for a nice shot at eagle. As it was, he wound up with a bunker shot and couldn’t save birdie.
The bogey on 18 was really due to a poor first putt - he hit it 6 or 7 feet past the hole and left himself a difficult downhill putt.
I think he has a decent shot tomorrow. Was really remarkable to watch him play the round today mostly with irons (and he even brought out the low stinger off the tee a few times). And perhaps more remarkably, the few drivers he hit were bang-on. I look forward to tomorrow’s round.
Hilarious, we know the US amateur champ, Bryson DeChambeau. His dad was the gm at the course my girlfriend used to work at in California. Good kid when we knew him and his dad was a great guy as well. Good for their family.
And Davis Love wins. He wasn’t even on the radar yesterday. Always a fan of his game though!
Unfortunately, I had to miss the entirety of the final round. Good for Davis - he has to be one of the oldest Tour winners. I think he’s close to 52 by now.
Yes, he is the third oldest to one a pga tour event. Good for him. Jason just fell apart. He left a few approach shots pretty short…
Nice to see both at the top. Fun tourney. Jason made a nice stroke on his long putt on 18

True dat, but Brandon’s a Ballar, so it’s chump change to him.
Still way cheaper than flying to CA or OR to play Pebble or Bandon Dunes (for us Midwesterners at least!
Pebble’s pretty special.
Bandon Dunes is just another awesome new course, similar to the ones you’re playing.

LOL hardly!
