So I just took some time during lunch to swing by there, it’s 4miles away from me. It’s in a really shitty part of the city and everything looks abandoned. Chop shops on every corner…exactly where I would put a legitimate business.
It doesn’t have any lasers, or any Audis there. Just a broken down looking old mkIV VW Golf, silver and rust coloured. Someone local just had a look. They also said it’s a really busted ass area you would NEVER want to be in. I couldn’t imagine taking an $80,000 RS5 there and handing them $20,000 for a supercharger lol.
Tony, we both know, 100% of what was posed was true and not fabricated in any way as I have every single email, and so you do. Those e-mails are facts, not opinions. You’re welcome to post every received and answered email in order if you seem to think otherwise. This could all have been avoided, so you have no one to blame but your own lack of communication. I never asked for the supercharger to be in my hands in 4 weeks time. All my e-mails are practically begging you to contact me or give me a number where you can be reached, or simply to answer one of many e-mails over the last 2 weeks. What did it for me was the blocked call with no contact info left in the voice mail after I mentioned filing a claim followed by a second identical call and voice mail after I did file it. Again, this all could have been prevented if you simply provided the phone number and filled me in on your moving and 4-6 week shipping delay estimates from Eaton on the blower. A disappointing reply is better then none when the phone lines are disconnected for 2-3 weeks.
FYI, I’m not the only one as I did not start this thread.
It was a great deal, whether it would put down the promised numbers or not. You’ve chosen not to sell me the kit so I won’t dwell over this and move on. Unfortunately it just turned into a waste of time on my end.
I’m sure the refund will clear so I wish you the best of luck in your future ventures.
They probably offer a “white glove” service to hide the horrendous location. Pick your car up at a ritzy hotel across town and arrange for transportation, while they drive your car back to the ghetto.
[QUOTE=Spinner;573729]Anyone has any contact issues as PES’s main dealer and representative on A5OC please do not hesitate to contact me directly via pm or …
Audi superchargers UK is the greatest. That’s ‘SPINNER’ from A5oc.
When they were trying to organize a group buy, I warned them about PES and suggested they look at the APR 1320 kit instead. Spinner was right on side with that thinking, and was all for doing a full on comparison of all kits, dyno, 1/4 mile, PBOX.
Out of nowhere, TOny from PES posted in the thread that the first person to contact him would get an S5 kit for half price. Within an hour that post was deleted…and suddenly Spinner was REALLY supportive of PES. Then he announced he had decided to go with PES.
I posted that he was basically a sales representative for PES now since he was getting a deal on the kit and guiding the forum group buy towards PES as a result. I called him a PES sales rep…SPINNER@PES etc. He would always freak out and proclaim his impartiality, whlie arguing for PES despite a mountain of evidence they were a joke.
Well, fast forward a year and a bunch of guys on A5oc have PES m90 kits, and the newest PES dealer for the UK is…you guessed it. Spinner. His new company was called Audisuperchargers and that’s him on there pretending all is well with PES at 4942 national St., Philadelphia, PA 19135
