Here is an opinion that was originally broadcast back on October 21, 2000

Pretty much sums it up…Especially the very first point.
That was awesome
So apparently Michael Brown’s mother is facing armed robbery charges and his stepfather has served time for drug trafficking. Sorry if I missed this in the thread as I know it’s kinda old news.

I wonder if their hatred for police has anything to do with that perspective?
if you don’t get what you want, “burn this bitch down!”…
I like to DVR The News Hour on PBS every day and watch it while cooking/eating, they always throw opposing talking heads at each other for each major story. They don’t pick idiots either.
I did read the whole thread, sorry if I misunderstood.
Really? Yeah beem was making light of fined’s repeated insistence that only blacks living in Ferguson are allowed to comment or opine on this situation…he wasn’t making fun of the unfortunate shopkeeper at all.
He best tell Obama as well…
I can’t believe you kept such a level headed commentary with Fined. I can’t stand people like that. Saying “your opinion isn’t valid bc you’re not xyz” is in itself about the most ignorant or racist viewpoint you can have. It is fully admitting the facts are not the primary factor at hand. Saki, your representation is about the clearest representation of those 3 events I have seen. Well done and I fully agree about it being a criminal issue in these cases first and foremost.
I’m so sick of the race card being thrown around all the time here and even worse is some people making a living off of some truly sad circumstances by twisting facts and inciting people.
It really is a truly sad situation in the US. And while certainly not as bad as a third world country (which it shouldn’t fucking be considering the US is not a third world county), it’s unbelievable how much better it could/should be.
ya sorry beem, my bad.
Will be interesting to see how the media and the protestors handle this one…
Cop kills black passenger in traffic stop. The guy ignored commands, apparently had a gun in the glove box, and came pushing his way out of the car despite repeated commands to stay put and stay still. On the vid you can see the cop struggling to keep him in the car with the door shut. Cop shot him 6 times point blank as the guy came at him.
Is it racism? Or is it just cops and criminals? Looking forward to the legions of protests over this one.
“WHAT DO WE WANT?”
"DEAD COPS ! "
"WHEN DO WE WANT EM? "
" NOW!
(that was a popular chant at the 2014 cop hate rallies)
Oh yeah…cop was black.
So wait…you should obey white and black cops?
If you listen closely you will hear all the hood rats burst onto the scene…
Goes back to those rules.
When being arrested, comply, and you will likely live. 99.9%.
Resist and you will likely get beat to shit by guys who are trained in how to fight.
Grab the cop’s gun and you will likely die. Also 99.9%.
I wouldn’t go as far to say the police are ‘trained to fight’ . They get less than 40 of hand to hand self defense training. If they were trained in proper use of foce there would be less unarmed civilians being shot as the police would have more confidence in their abilities to subdue their suspect…
Edit: Nevermind.
LOL
either that or they don’t want to risk their lives and leave their family destroyed for a fucking criminal moron.
Do you ever speak to police officers? They use non lethal force on a reasonably regular basis. Your comment would imply that they shoot everyone who resists. Sounds like you just want to be mad at the police.

I actually use to instruct and train a few of Toronto’s finest in self defense and close quarter combat. I really don’t have a reason to be angry with police as you assumed about my comment lmao Nor am I trying to argue with you. By no means is their job an easy one, my comment and opinion was not in disrespect to them.
Just wanted to quote you again. In case I missed something. Nope.
You’re pretty clearly implying that police who use lethal force are in many cases doing so when they should instead risk their lives and get into a fist up with a who-knows-how armed opponent, who is already resisting and showing aggression.
Maybe it’s a business case for yourself that you’re trying to make?
If only the police learned more Bruce Lee stuff from you, everyone would still be alive (especially the guys who specifically vocalized that they were going to kill cops like Sammy yatim, Michael Brown, etc)
I get your point sir. What sticks in my mind are the incidents of excessive force and poor judgment calls. I dont know if you recall about 5 years ago Toronto police officers accosted a mentally challenge man who failed to comply with there commands due to the fact he was feeble minded. He was in turn beaten and tasered by the officers. Just one ofthe incidents that come to mind when i say they need better training.
Not trying to advertise my business either. Have I insinuated that the police should be trained by me? No. . Like you I’m starting my opinion and view point on this topic. It’s clear that thia subject is a sensitive one with most people.
