Is it me or is it only a few dumb b5guys and random guys that ever say dumb stuff like that… I almost feel like jfonz should have a big blinking sign over the shops head saying dosent get it. While the masses in the b8 S4 comunity actually go to the track and test these guys are still trying to use dyno sheets. The B8 owners for the most part are obviously not dumb enough to buy into that stuff. Thankfully

I’m hoping some customers for those tunes hit the strip this fall so we can see if they really contend with the big names. A trend i’ve noticed on AZ is that the owners of those tunes bought them ‘not to be the fastest, but to be faster’ lol, wasting money if you ask me. Why not go for the fastest and most proven option? try to drill that into people over and over
RE: AMS, they make one of the best if not the best cooling systems for the b8 s4. Very happy with mine even almost a year later.
I did look into AMS for tuning options when I got their CPS system (last november). Eric@alpha told me EPL creates the tunes, that they are proven etc etc, but I hadn’t seen any compelling data to pull me away from APR so I never made the switch
only 1/4 run I can find, not impressive though I don’t know what track conditions were like

Exactly. It makes no sense if your serious about your car that you would spend any money on on tested products with no results.
Sucks the dudes car got hit… but shocking they didn’t make passes…
I can’t blame them for not making passes with that if it happened at home and the track is 60 miles away or something.
The question is, where did that happen? Was that in the parking lot at the strip…is that what he’s saying?
I immediately thought of them getting the time slip and then kicking the shit out of the car in anger because it ran 12.4 @ 110
