What exhaust do you have right now? I saw an 11whp 21wtq gain going from milltek and piggies to our exhaust with no tune and running the same gas on the same dyno on a slightly warmer day. I would like to dyno the car with stock exhaust to get a good baseline.

How are you in production if you haven’t made any yet? And haven’t even chosen mufflers yet?
I thought EBWerks said Sebring? They sound the best, thinking of going custom exhaust for my C4 S4 with Sebring mufflers. Ben, did you go through Sebring direct or is there another supplier?

We are currently producing them, they are not finished yet.

You’re nuts Ben. Mick sold his exhaust to & member of this forum and said he was buying the first of your exhausts available. He said it here and on a qw. I just saw that his car was down for two Weeks and his jhm exhaust was off the car and shipped already (to a new buyer in the UK from RS246) so was wondering if you’d have something for him in time especially when you haven’t even chosen mufflers yet. You’re not in production yet…you’re still revising your prototype

i think magnaflow sounds great! That being said i love the sound of american muscle cars.
But magnaflow and flowmaster is often associated with walmart tuners. Those welfare people who go to walmart to trick out their cars with food stamps!!
Not sure that type of muffler is expensive enough for the common QW uppity RS4 owner
Sebring is pretty much the best sounding I’ve heard. What does GMG use? The GMG cars (RS4s) usually sound awesome.
I liked the Sebrings from the get go when I was looking around. Originally, 3 years ago, on my B7 S4 I was going to get a custom exhaust made. The fabricator said ‘find yourself some mufflers with tips that you like’. So I contacted beemercer and he said to look for something with a straight through (rather than baffled all to fuck) perforated core design. So I did and narrowed it down to Sebring and one other I can’t remember. Someone said ‘Labree and Fast Intentions use Sebring’ and since I loved the sound of JHM’s in hosue B6 S4, I said ‘beauty…>Sebring it is’
You can call them up and order them two at a time but they’re really a company that deals with exhaust companies (like Fast Intentions) more than anything. So Sebring was a great option for my custom exhaust. I believe that’s what Ben@CCE Co. used on his own custom exhaust.
Once I went through the process of choosing mufflers and tips etc. and then was about to order everything, I said ‘fuck it…I’m just going to order the tried and true fast intentions’. It was a great move and it worked out well because Fast Intentions being a known commodity allowed me to sell the exhaust used for a pretty penny (75% of what I paid for it). Had I gone custom it would have been a lot tougher to sell.
