lulz on other forums (current, not classics)

[QUOTE=Flying Tomatoes;9483537]Fair enough. However its a 30$ part and very simple to change on these cars which kind of makes it silly not to change it. Preventative maintenance is never bad [:D]

now Mick is getting in on the action, looking like a moron.

Again…do these losers really not understand that there are two JHM supercharger kits???

[quote=mickf29]Do have any buyers remorse, and the APR kit is nice, very nice. Just thought the AMD 1900 was pretty amazing from my ride in it, light years better than the apr 1320.

359.6 hp on the 034 dyno for me with 92 octane, after driving an hour straight from JHM and it was hot out. Dan did 370 with 93 octane no idea what the temps were. Christian can look it up I sure, but yes if they have a new dyno, all the old numbers are moot. My point is if I did 360 and Dan did 370 with a tune and exhaust and normal gas, then 390 on their “highly touted” supercharger is not good given all the guys out there saying it was set to crush APR and AMD.

Nevermind the fact that he is using his dyno numbers from the old 034 dyno, which he has been told 2x is not the same and reads lower…and he himself says ‘the old numbers are moot’ and then proceeds to say 390 is shit because he did 360 lol. Or the fact that he doesn’t seem to realise JHM has already gone 11.12 @ 125 and has the fastest times in comparison to the other kits.

jimmy - nice quote! lots of AZ members lurk on here without registering. kinda lame. they should join.

euro - not sure i’ve ever seen him post under the FT username. maybe he registered as someone else? that happens here quite often. we almost always find out in any event.

light years…lol I’d hope a TVS1900 was better than a 1320, fucking idiots.

Guess flying flying got banned for “trolling”

Mick is fat broke and stupid. Someone should wake him up feed him his chrispy cream and coffee then inform him he isn’t helpful still

hahahaha what gang is he in?

Wonder if APR regrets its decision to use Flying Douchebag as their poster boy for the new blower. That was a mistake lol.

he got a 5 day suspension. Can’t he read?

Anyway, he is not asking for data to back up claims. There were no fucking claims made. JHM have not made ANY claims about their kits, stage 1 or 2, other than to show the times they ran on stage 2.

Flying fatfuck is crucifying 930chas trying to get JHM information. Why? 930chas has not put himself out there as a representative. He has not put himself out there as anything other than the first customer installing the kit. If 930chas was to go around trolling and promoting the kit all over the place the way fatomatoes has, sure he would be held to a higher standard. If we found out that he received thousands of dollars in compensation for his role with the development of the kit, again, we would demand a higher standard. But he is not. He is just a guy.

I was at JHM in December. I saw timeslips and video from a stage 1 car with a modest modlist. 11.6-11.8 @ 118 MPH
I have also seen timeslips from Dan @ JHM’s car which ran stage 1 in the fall. High 11s @ 120 MPH.

Let’s step back: The concern from these losers is that JHM, the company that has attempted to REVOLUTIONIZE how Audi tuning companies show proof of their product by ONLY showing quarter mile times and NEVER showing dynos is now going to start showing dyno numbers because tomato wants them…and is going to lie about the 1/4 mile!!!

Want to know something funny? The losers from AMD heard from some people who were at Sacramento that night that Dan’s car went 11.7-11.9 @ 120 ish. He had the intercooler on, but the bigger pulley/low boost version of the kit. They thought it was stage 2 @ 8 psi and launched a controversy because it had the intercooler. Their big claim was that this was the real stage 2 kit @ 8 psi and it only went high 11s…therefore they theorized that the 11.1 @ 125 stage 2 claimed time must have been at much more than 8 psi. NOPE. Dan’s car was at 6 psi. when it went 11.7 - 11.9 @ 120 It was stage 1 you fucking retards.

It’s amazing as I said…JHM has a STELLAR reputation and take integrity VERY seriously. The guys who constantly attack them? The guys who have been shown to be liars over and over. Kind of ironic.

^^Amen!

His options of forums are running low, lol

Ironically the only place he can go to have open discussions without getting banned by advertisers is AudiRevolution

He should seriously come here. I would love to engage him in a quiet, facts focused debate on these issues he raises. He would do one of two things

  1. ignore everything I wrote, and flail about getting off topic, and then leave. Calm rational discussion of facts is hard for people who aren’t looking for facts, but only trying to create drama.

  2. learn something, gain a new appreciation for a site with no corporate control and only member control, and probably become a good member

As we have all seen by now, this guy freaked out about cutting some superfluous metal on the car in order to make room for the JHM Vortech supercharger. He attempts to make this the big NO-GO item relating to the prospect of a JHM supercharger.

Want the facts?

  1. the cutting is as I said, is superfluous and has zero effect on the car

  2. the cutting is entirely out of sight, and if put back to stock, is not noticeable

  3. all of the other kits, including his APR kit, dramatically alter the engine bay and the entire intake manifold is in fact replaced with a far cheaper, far uglier replacement than the highly effective and engineered OEM RS4 magnesium unit. Flying had no problem dramatically altering his own engine for the APR kit.

  4. this user himself hacksawed a hole in his FIREWALL in order to route his aftermarket suspension reservoir hoses so he can slam his car

Those facts make it simple…the cutting on the JHM kit is a non-issue, and the guy making it a big issue is either a hypocrite, knowing what he did to his FIREWALL and manifold…and he is creating drama . Maybe he is doing so to steer people away from JHM and or to validate his purchase by steering them to APR? APR claims he isn’t on the payroll per se as a promotor. Whatever the motivation, 1 2 3 and 4 are clear and irrefutable.

FT should definitely register on here. I’m sure he’s reading this forum regularly (along with many other AZ members).

Another new Audi Forum???.. Seems to already be a couple failure…excuse me familiar names popping up : http://www.audienthusi.us/forum/

That was quattrofail

It’s funny mick was all kinds of wrong there, and nobody tried to correct him or say anything about his terrible information. That’s what is dangerous about places like that.

Here even if you’re saying in general something the majority agree with, if you’re wrong about one of the details, it will get corrected.
