Fattommy posted up his cf pieces and was getting slammed by a few people, who also slammed AZ for letting him back. Checked today and all those posts have… disappeared.

Haha funny how that happens! LoL
Just noticed my comment was deleted.
Yours was the one that I noticed first. Someone else’s was removed as well. Wonder if bcsniper will get banned.

Deleting posts now? That site keeps going further and further down hill.
Lots of shit gets deleted on AZ - that’s a long-standing practice over there.

I understand when they go through and clean up messy threads once in awhile from excessive trolling. But deleting things that hurt anthony’s feelings is absurd.

I’ve begun to notice a trend on AZ, specifically within the respective model forums. If you bash or discount an aesthetic mod for what it is, you’re considered an idiot/aloof/jackass because you’re not somehow about the “scene”.
From what I read in that thread tonight, it seems the majority says the modification looks good/legit but when BC says it might be something completely different and questions its legitimacy, he gets shit on.
Theres a similar thread in the B6/7 S forum about a kids alcantara seating. I’ll summarize:
Kid brings in car to get service at dealership
Dealership tech accidentally or unknowingly (my interpretation of this) smudges grease or whatever on driver alcantara cloth
Dealership attempts to clean it
Dealership returns car to Kid
Kid notices theres a blemish from the cleaning
Kid demands a new seat
Dealership manager attempts to work with kid; offers dealership discount
Kid demands new seat, asks if unreasonable.
I say yes.
I state that even though the dealership is at fault and attempted to correct it, they technically DO NOT have to do anything more than was required of them. I use my windshield repair as a similar example but get called out because cracked windshield by tech is NOT the same thing as soiled alcantara by tech; in my example, USAA and Safelite worked with me to get at least 45% of the costs covered. Nothing more, nothing less.
Here, you be the judge:

They fuck up your seat, they get you a new seat or fix the old one. Simple I think.
As for plump tomatoes, I can’t wait for that argon shit to go yellow or split in two cheap layers.
The whole car show scene seems a bit weird to me. He’s driving all over the country looking for friends. Wtf, go get a life. Maybe try to improve upon that PISS POOR 1/4 mile time already. 2000 feet better DA and $5000 more in mods than the APR test car and he runs slower.
Then he talks shit about people who are happy jhm GIVES you launch assist in their tune…sounds like he can use some help himself .

There was nothing wrong with your advice, but it isn’t the only solution. I thought you tried too hard to force the comparison with the window. Let it go…

If they fucked up any one of our seats…non of us would just deal.
It is their obligation to return the car to you in the same condition they received it.
I ask for a walk around inspection every time I drop a car off because I had some idiot scratch my trunk at the VW dealer a few years ago on a 5 month old car. I was so pissed and had to fight to get it taken care of.
