More seriously, the V10 is basically Lambo tuning. You shouldn’t expect you can tune it for GTI prices. Most reasonable people would think a reliable upgrade package for a low volume car like that to run around $30k installed.

Running a tune tuned for alcohol, and with Micky Thompson drag radials that’s not surprising.
Of course on a street setup (street tires and pump gas) that car would struggle to run 11.999

I do see why, I honestly have seen honda forums that are more cohesive, thank goodness the internet is an archive and by searching I can find some interesting or helpful articles from yester-year because the knowledge has ceased to flow there. A lot of things can be fixed, stupid is not one of them. At least they are good for entertainment value.
In Toronto, at the time I got the ticket, this was not possible. It was mandatory that you presented the evidence in person. Which, in the end, was not worth my time.
