lulz on other forums (current, not classics)

So they are sticking with that 404 whp on the 91 file are they?

404 whp = high twelves

?

Please tell me there are no B8 guys buying that…

Also how on earth, if they are losing 6500-7000 rpm, are they going to get the same HP numbers by slightly different gearing?

Yeah I saw that one dyno issue before they changed it from a Golf-R… lol Nice to know the 13’s with just a 91 flash make almost as much power as my car did on a Mustang dyno… Yet another reason to pretty much ignore dyno’s and use dragstrip results but I think most around here already know that… AZ folks not so much… lol

gee, I wonder why the cop ‘hassled’ him?

http://i375.photobucket.com/albums/oo193/sakimano/laugher.jpg

I’m going to go with moron young driver who laughed in the cops face. Anyone else?

Yeah probably younger(er) guy or just retarded. Grammar is horrible.

Joe, you’re young. If you were driving your S4, and a cop pulled you over and said he thought you were going around 50 in a 35, what would your first instinct be…laugh in his face? Or maybe just be complacent and let him rant at you knowing he will let you go in all likelihood.

I just can’t imagine being dumb enough to

a) provoke the cop into abusing the power he has by laughing in his face
or if that didn’t happen
b) to write a fake story to sound cool on an internet forum

either way, he has a lot to learn

Ok, so I posted in the 2013 S4 GIAC thread how the dyno plot still says 2012 S5 on AZ. My post was deleted…

http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/?p=8187017

no more post 8187017…lol

Let’s try again:

[QUOTE=ilspazzaneve;8189560]Why bother deleting my post which pointed out that it’s funny that the plot first said Golf R, and now says 2012 S5? Probably the better thing to do is to remind Austin to change the plot, again, to read 2013 S5.

We’ve all seen our share of recycled dyno plots, maybe a better idea to fix it, than censor us. I’m just as happy as everyone else that vendors are giving our platform attention.

lol Bango you’re awesome…managed to get a turkey in there. Subtle sarcasm lesson from the originators of our native tongue…

I have no idea what you mean…

Ok you seriously posted a picture of a turkey in the thread I mentioned above…? Nevermind…

He is joking. He knows exactly what you mean. This is his mysterious act.

LOL sorry jspazz, was just continuing the banter here but it didn’t come across in text. I should’ve added this:

How sad that they need to censor the members when they make real points… Really sad… truth hurts I guess…

smartass morons trying to put a guy down for (rightly) talking about the water cooled alternator on the 4.2’s

That’s one of the best lulz for while. I hope it doesn’t get edited/deleted, that’s gold for the history books!

so we know not to listen to guglielmo (rs4 owner) and event. It was funny watching event trying to backtrack saying he can’t be sure if it’s coolant until he tastes it. Kind of a ‘yeah, that’s what I was saying all along’

Actually no, here’s what you were saying. You were trying to jump on the pending pile-on you perceived was on the way. Unfortunatley you just showed your true colours instead.

[quote=event]Might be the blinker fluid. Mine was leaking once, the mechanic I went to charged 345.96 to fix it. If you wanna confirm if it’s coolant, taste it, coolant is sweet. Mmmmm… cooollllaaaant. Don’t let cats and dogs get near the stuff, they like it and it kills them.

Doubly brilliant, I’m still learning here

event also said in another thread about carbon cleaning that “it has been proven in the b7 a4 section that only manual cleaning works”. Not false, but the assertion that the b7 a4 guys have greater knowledge on carbon removal than the b7 rs4 guys and he was educating everyone was humorous.

Wasn’t there some guy in there advocating using a magic potion spray to fix carbon? Cute. I have seen a few of these but haven’t seen anyone test them really. I hear the odd guy swear it helps.

I love the guys who talk about pouring something in the tank as the solution too.

my opinion, based on cleaning/dealing with some nasty stuff in the past is that any solvent that is going to have an effect is nothing I’d want to burn up to get rid of. I’d pull the intake, scrap the big stuff off, then soak a toof brush in oven cleaner and try to loosen it up with the oven cleaner.
