[QUOTE=trip’n;8997168]Wow shit got crazy around here, no clue why it would be any different then AZ always has been I guess
Never heard the bottom ends might be a week point, will have to look into that-
I would say a stage 3 kit on the B8 would be complete for sure, meaning all needed parts and tune. $11,999 or more
I have to think the kit would put these cars mid 10’s on a great run with lighter wheels and so on and high 10’s / low 11’s just about all day long- and yes I understand how fn quick mid 10’s are-
60-130, mid 8’s , maybe low 8’s
top end, no clue, maybe 197 plus
HP 525 to 550 WHP
Tq, hard to say cause upper 5’s sounds nuts
Keep in mind what B5’s where to do right on stage 3’s or more. If this kit even comes close its gold’en. I also respectfully disagree as I think anyone that is driving a B8 S4 and tuning them will RUN to get a car into the 10’s and still be a DD.

The requirements get exponentially higher to go faster in a car and fight physics like wind resistance. For example I remember hearing that the Bugatti Veyron only needed 270 horsepower to go 150 mph and from there on it needed 730 horsepower to go the extra hundred miles per hour.
I really don’t think the lower end of the 3.0Ts can handle that much power. Hell I would like to see better parts for the downpipes and catback exhaust since it still seems the only mods that are worth buying are the SC pulley and ECM tune.
Yeah, I think some people fail to realize we are going from a 1.32L blower to 1.74L blower so it’s only a .42L increase… That isn’t going to get you from 11.69 to 10.9999 no matter how you slice it… Most of the folks who make these comments have A) never been to the strip and B) will never go to the strip… The only chance this car has at 10’s is with the bigger blower on URT and spraying it with a 100+ shot… I won’t be doing that but I’m sure down the road someone will… The car will also probably still need to be put on a diet… Gotta love all the knowledgable folks over on vendorzine… LOL
If you compare it to the RS4/S5 performance on the 1320, the B8 S4 does pretty well. Basically the trap speeds are very similar, but the RS4 was able to squeeze a bit more out of the ET and MPH. S5 wise we only have 1 result ever …the APR time.
If you got a couple of RS4 and S5 guys running with a full suite of mods in great DA, you would maybe see 11.7 @ 118-119 being the number. The S4 (B8) is really only 2 tenths behind that.
So if you put a bigger blower on the car, I don’t think it’s a stretch to see the B8 S4 go 11.6 @ 120 on pump gas on a car like primetime. Or 11.3-11.4 @ 122-123 on race fuel. Don’t forget the Aviva RS4 with the TVSr1900 went 11.36 @ 126.7 on pump. I don’t see the B8 being all that far away from that. The 1900 is bigger, but not that much bigger.
I have a hard time believing primetime is only going to pick up 1 or 2 tenths with this blower. It’s huge compared to the 1320. While it’s only 0.4 litres of displacement, that’s a 25% jump and it’s also going to be more efficien. This thing will comfortably be able to make 500 whp on the B8 with a full modlist.
