some gunmetal TE37 would look solid I think. I always liked them because they look tough, they are tough, and they’re super light. 22 lbs for a 19x10.5 is excellent.
It’s not actually a company car. Those signs came with the building when we bought it last year and we keep them up to prevent clients taking the good spots.
That’s gold. I don’t think most people need to worry about emissions but if you do that’s huge. APR not helping people with that on there supercharger kit was crappie.
The tie arms weren’t 034, just everything else pretty much minus the LSD. I actually went with the Meyle tie arms to save a little money. After removing my old ones, I really didn’t even need to replace them. I just felt I may as well since I had everything pulled out.
Yeah I’d be pretty upset if I bought a $20k supercharger kit for my car and they just told me sorry, that’s just how it is. Instead I have all the help and support I could ever need.
Finally got around to installing the new diverter valve spring that JHM sent me. Seems to be about the same weight but it’s shorter. I forgot to ask what it is actually for. Anybody care to enlighten me?
Dumped some ice in the intercooler today to see how much effect it has. Not sure if it was the spring, the ice, or the combination of the 2, but I got another 2 psi of boost today.
First off how did the extra 2 lbs feel was it a noticeable difference.
As for the gauge. You have a vacuum and a boost reading.
Vacuum is going to be a negative number. But on your gauge it’s represented by a positive number. That’s normal.
You have 20 lbs of vacuum and over 8 lbs of boost.
Boost is the measurement of air being pushed into the motor
vacuum is the measurement of the motor pulling in air…well kinda. That’s just an easy way to reference it.
It felt like it was a cold winter day rather than almost 60 degrees. It snowed the 2 days after I installed the spring so today was the first warm day and it felt just as fast, maybe even a little quicker.
Thanks for the gauge explanation, I thought that’s what it was.
