this is quite a revelation.
As we’ve seen in the past, APR has had the good sense to step away from a project when it just didn’t move the needle enough. They made a B67 S4 supercharger with an Eaton M90 (think small V6 blower for 6000 RPM domestics). It didn’t do much, and after consulting with Count Vohn on the project (which according to MeowtheManatee and TwitS4Estate would only be about Ford axles?) they decided to shelve the project and eat a giant financial shitburger.
So maybe they did that here, and Mag went ahead?
I don’t think APR would make such a high integrity decision and then agree to whore their reputation by tuning it (since the tune will inevitably be blamed for the shit performance since the blower moves the RS4 and Z06 so well).
It’s definitely confusing!
