Mods are the same as last time:
GIAC Stage II
GIAC TCU
AWE-pulley
034Motorsports throttle body boot
AFe filter
exhaust X-pipe mod

Removed spare tire/jack. 1/3 tank of gas remaining (in between the 1/2 and 1/4 tank on the gauge). Fuel = 93 octane mixed with E85 for an E38% blend with an effective octane of 97.1. Tire pressure 39/38 f/r. I ran 3 11.5 (one of them I posted), and about 10 11.6x slips as the night progressed and traction became an issue.

First run of the season and personal best… 3/8 tank of gas, tire pressure around 38psi, all other mods as per signature (no changes) and this run was with dsg not shifting properly (jerking and holding gear a little longer then usaul and not shifting crisply). MPH off by a couple although it may have been due to the fact it took me 4.5 hours to make a 2 hour trip. I let the car sit for about 1/2 an hour before I ran but I’m sure it effected the outcome. When I post the other time slips I’ll explain each run in more detail.

Alrighty finally made a little time.
1st run–turned out well although transmission was bucking, holding gear a tad too long it seemed and mph dropped 2mph from my best. This was as I stated above half hour cool down after coming in from a 4,5 hour ride due to traffic.
2nd run–kouzman was there and helped me cools down the intake manifold with his little bag of tricks. Did a great job at it manifold temp dropped more then a few degrees. It went from almost not being able to touch it, to being able to rest your hand on it without getting a first degree burn. I lined up, lights went and I literally blew the tires off the car it went about 30 degrees sideways then finally hooked and went. What I can say transmission shifted well, no funny business down the track, time was horrible obviously.
3rd and final run— I came around sat for a about 15-20 minutes max as slip should show (I didn’t look), guys told us to get ready because it was late, -almost 11pm I think. Went up tripped the staging light and launched a little easier this time as not to have same problem. Car took off fairly well but the old limp mode reared its ugly head once again and car shifted early 3-4 dropped gear in at about 5K. As you can see mph is all over the place just as my ET’s. Go figure… Trying to figure out what is causing this to happen, did tranny fluid/filter service two days later. Also, I’m waiting to see if APR has some kind of solution for this eventually although from what I’ve heard only a handful of guys are having these problems. We wait and see… Overall happy with cars performance so far but I want to get lower with current setup.

Ran 12.190 and 12.191 back-to-back - no waiting in staging lanes for any of the runs. Average of all my runs was about 0.15s quicker than the last time at the track, FWIW.
