Bad weather is plaguing NC as well as many parts of the country still. As I wrote REVO has done about all they are going to do for me. Switching to GIAC simply too costly right now. I have a few ideas but nothing momentous. Thanks.
Todd at awe is on here. Maybe send him a pm and a link to your posts here showing your issues and all the problems. See if he would offer some sort of switching over discount. It’s worth a shot. What’s the worst things that he can say no.
i wonder how your car would do with the apr tune now and the revo dsg software. you technically own both tunes so you can flash to apr then back to revo.
That might be a better option and it would be almost free. I think he might have a hard time getting a dealer to flash him for free. They might charge him a rate fee.
I found it interesting Sky that you were advocating for GIAC when you’re not exactly sure your issue is with Revo- at least not that I’ve see you discuss on the boards. Have you been able to determine that indeed is your problem. Not piling on, I’m just curious since we share model year and tune.
sorry I didn’t proofread before I posted and it didn’t come across the way I wanted it to(I guess I’m not allowed to edit my posts yet either). I meant that I saw you advocate GIAC on AZ which I surprised me since I didn’t see you post definitively that Revo was your problem. I know there is strong coincidental evidence but I was wondering if you’d found something more concrete since you’d last posted- or have you tried GIAC and it provided better performance? Again, my interest is peaked since I may be in the same circumstance as you (although my track days will be few and all out 1/4 mile performance isn’t my priority- for now). I’m planning a trip to T&T day at a local strip next Saturday to see what my $2k investment got me.
I think at this point sky has a lot of options. It sucks that he has been let down so far but now more then ever he seems to be not just helping but taking help. It would be good to see him get the performance figures he is looking for.

Sorry to hear about the funeral. Let us know what GIAC says but remember if this turns into a 3 month ordeal to get this sorted and you go back to the track with GIAC in 93 degree or better temps your performance will suffer. Chances are the car will still be faster but just know you will be working against the heat.
I too am sorry about the funeral- in the grand scheme cars are merely distraction. Hope all is well and you have success in whatever next step you take.

i think he was saying that he did that on pump gas, without a custom tune, meth, hole in hood, full exhaust and alll the other things you spent on.
did you trade the car in without parting it out? you put alot into that car to just trade it away.
