If the car isn’t great maybe the car group can be. Or we as a group can make the car a better one for you.

I can’t find the other hose

Part number? I’m so close but little roadblocks keep stopping me

I put it together and it starts!

Welcome to the club. The cracked Y fitting coolant crack. That is proof that you did the CC. LOL. Great to hear its running.

So jb weld?

I never found the hoses either

I replaced that plastic y with a brass t fitting. I think that is the way most did.

Do you have specific measurements of the fitting that was used?

It’s been a while since I replaced it, but if I remember, I took the fitting to a local hardware store and matched the fitting sizes. image

The T fitting is the big win. It’s also about 1/4 of the price of the prone to break plastic Y

Erm something is missing… side note hope everyone is having a nice Easter with their families

I had exactly the same…
It’s a coolant line comming from the area of the T-line connector…

I drained half my coolant with the line getting stuck under the intake…
My only option was to loosen everything again…

Well that sucks. It gives me the opportunity to take it apart again potentially to lock the runners just in case they’re broken. And I also can paint the IM too while I’m at it to make it look a bit better. Don’t you love this quarantine?

Also I’ve stripped a bolt it looks like. I guess I’ll be making it a flat head

You only have to loosen it…
It’s not necessary to take it out completely…
I had just enough space to reach under it when it was loose…

Do you have a picture showing where it leads to?

It started raining so I’ll go look again when it stops and I’ll let you know if I need the picture
