Basically I made a comparison of the nominal modifications you can make to an RS4 and a B8 S4…vs the extensive surgery a B5 S4 needs to go through…and you have turned it into RS4 vs B8 S4.
I would say the LW wheels helped slightly more than the LW seats but they still are 100% relevant. Besides, I was on stock 19’s when I ran my 12.1@115.87 and there’s no other NA RS4 even with every bolt on possible that has ran that yet.

Fully loaded ECU and stage II was less than above, they run the sale many times a year.
I’d install a pulley rather than piggies any day of the week. Im down to about 60 min for a pulley install, unfortunately b/c of lots of practice

As it stands The rs4 is the quickest on pump and quickest withi supported mods. The S4 has the edge in mods with the addition of race gas as the NA rs4 isn’t going to pick up as much with race gas as the S4 will
in the end the B5 is dead. It takes a Stage 3 B5 to even keep up with a lightly modded RS4 or S4. THAT IS WHAT WE ARE ALL TALKINGA BOUT… LONG LIVE THE B7 and 8 rulers.

Agreed. The B8 S4 and B7 RS4 are both such awesome cars. Cars that we thought would never do what they’re doing especially with the mentality B5 owners used to have.
One thing- My dads car ran a 12.2 on pump 93 with just a tune, stock pulley, catback and roc intake and i ran a 12.1@115.8 on pump 93 on stock 19’s and some bolt ons. So the B8 does very good on pump gas as well.
