Welcome, be sure to introduce yourself!

Yes, it was a noticeable difference and easy install.

Hey guys!

Finally signed up on here so thought id say hi. I’ve owned my B8 RS5 from new in 2011. Its far from standard now - supercharged, air ride, caged, lots of carbon… the list goes on. I’m sure a few people will know the car but here it is…

Welcome and glad you made it over here! I know there was an issue with the server software preventing registration completion but it all seems to be good now.

Yeah we got there in the end buddy.

Looking forward to recovering my RMR kit

Hi everyone!

I’m glad I found a forum to finally join! Shout-out to YouTuber RS5 Fanatic.

I currently own a '13 B8.5 S5 in Monsoon Grey Metallic. I’ve only done a bit to the vehicle but still plan on updating it over time.

  • AWE S-FLO Carbon Intake
  • custom exhaust system with OBDII racing cats
  • H&R Super Sport springs
  • Bilstein B8 shocks

Thank you for having me!

Glad to have you here! I’m RS5 Fanatic (by night, Ape Factory by day, LOL)…we don’t have enough S5’s on this board so glad you joined! Just replied to your battery/bushing inquiry as well.

Hi
My name is Jason from Sydney Australia. I read your carbon clean online which was an interesting read. I have a 2013 black RS5 and love it. Last of the classical V8’s I think. Thank you for allowing me to join

Welcome Jason! We have a few owners from Australia on here. And I think you’re quite right, last of the classic V8’s!

Looking forward to joining in. I’ve had a 2016 Ibis White S4 for a couple years but recently traded it for a 2014 Daytona Gray RS5. Super happy with the move and can’t wait for some of the, hopefully, upcoming JHM supercharger progress.

Very nice and welcome! There’s something addictive about the combination of the high revving V8 and the S-Tronic. No, doesn’t have the bottom end of the 3.0T, especially modded, but it’s simply amazing to drive as you well know!

Good to have you here and don’t hesitate to ask any question. We try to be very positive and supportive here overall. The owners here are an awesome group of enthusiasts.

Hey guys, Andrew Y. from Hong Kong here.

Stumbled here while researching JHM and reached out to Michel over IG regarding the stage 2 tune. My daily drive is a 2013 B8 RS4, apologies if I don’t strictly qualify; the RS5 thread is the next closest thing. Looking forward to exchanging ideas with you.

Have installed pretty much the whole 034 catalogue for B8 RS5, with Bilstein B16 coil overs and some ECStuning bits and Supersprint front DP + mid x-pipe w/ muffler. Handling is all sorted, now I’m looking for more power like mid range torque and weight savings

You can catch me on IG @blu_rs4_hk

Andrew! Glad you made it over here! Good to have another wagon so Steve doesn’t feel so lonely. So wish they’d brought wagons to the U.S.!

I’d wager a lot of people here are super jealous of the wagon, I know I am. I would trade my RS5 for an RS4 wagon in a heartbeat! Gorgeous car!

Thanks Michel, can’t wait to follow-up on that group buy with you!

btw, I noticed that the recommended exhaust set-up to go along with the stage 2 ECU + TCU tune is the 2.75’ JHM. I currently have the Supersprint front DP (de-resonated) + mid X-pipe w/ muffler setup, rear mufflers are still stock. Also have K&N high-flow air filters for the OEM box. I guess that should suffice?

Thanks! Interesting note here in Hong Kong: on the second hand market, RS4 wagons command higher resell values than RS5 coupes/cabriolets

Thanks bud!

Should be fine with that exhaust. Do RS5 exhausts even fit the wagon?

Think so, the fittings for RS5 seem to fit RS4 as well.

On another topic, for the JHM stage 2 tune, do i HAVE to use a wired connection?
