Will it blend? (BritishTurbo build)

You can only import cars 15 years or older from outside North America into Canada - 2015, a B5 RS4 would be pretty cool but I highly doubt there will be any good ones left in Europe as they will have all been parted out!

I didn’t mean the whole car, just the engine. I just bought one a few months back for my build and I had another before that lol great engines that just love boost

I have to make a tweak and then cut a fresh set. After that I’ll have the recipe for all to enjoy if they like lol

Yeah I kind of lucked into the deal… got it from a friend of a friend.
The car was in a pre facelift A4 that got flooded in a hurricane I guess lol weird.

Anyway I grew up 12 miles away from Cosworth in the UK so it’s neat to have a piece of home haha

the RS4/azr pistons are alot different looking then the apb junk i would like to see the rod differences as well! and i bet the rod bolts are alot better!

I understand the rods are stronger but I’ve still read about guys putting them through the block lol.
Once I strip the block I’ll measure and take pics of everything.
I doubt I’ll get to that this weekend though.

I can’t decide which heads to run on the temp motor now though lol

General rule of thumb is 600-600 on an rs4 engine but I do know of cars at 650-700hp stock block with maybe some upgraded valves and springs but that’s it.

Heads will be going on the short block tomorrow… hoping to get the engine in the car tomorrow night…

I don’t think he is speaking crank horse power ~450whp which is s4 territory. The rs4 blocks/rods are good for 600whp…

RS4 rods aren’t “that” much stronger than S4 ones. There’s lots of people who break RS4 rods as well pushing too high.

I am talking crank and its widely known in the uk and Europe the numbers I mentioned are on the limit for the rs4 engine. Rs4 rods aren’t that much stronger than s4 but the pistons are a lot better. Plenty cars over here running upto 650chp but the owners won’t push it any further, due to failure rates above this point. Mines when done should see around 750ish crank which is more than enough for our roads. BT great build wish I had the patience to do it myself I’d have saved a lot of money
