yeah, I mentioned in the other thread I go there 3-4 times every spring and fall. Generally saturday morning I’ll go and leave around 3 or so.

Great work in Jersey. 12.08 is incredible to be honest. What was your best 93 time (if you ran 93)?

Much to the displeasure of my wife for not waking up at 6 and coming home, I woke up at 10:30am Sunday morning and we decided to go back on Sunoco 93. First run was a standard good launch for me, right lane, 12.438@111.27. 12.6 after that, and I knew I wasn’t going to do any better, plus the staging lanes were packed.

I was a little disappointed in how flat the motor felt in third and fourth in the 93 tune. It was VERY noticable from my previous runs, even if it was only 3-4 mph difference. REVO has the upper hand in timing advance, it seems, with 4 more degrees. Whether it’s safe or not is unclear.

Vitaliy drove the rest of the race gas in my car on Saturday on the highway, and he seemed to really enjoy it. I’d imagine he’s hooked on 100 by now. I’ll throw down my prediction that he’ll be the first customer 6MT B8 in the 11s this spring.

Jason, Welcome to the board… like I said this is a great forum with more true enthusiasts vs the other forums… lots of good knowledge and people over here and no vendors to cry foul when you don’t agree with them or try to make something to help folks out…

Thanks! Although it’s funny watching the APR/REVO showdown going on right now - I’m definitely not taking part in that one.

EDIT: Lol oops I just did. Ok gotta take the girls to swimming and ballet…that’ll keep me off.

that shit makes my brain hurt lol

It’s not bad here.

Hey Volt! you guys know how to make a weekend out of it, can’t say that enough.

When or if any of you guys ever come up it’ll be worth it.

TMP Cayuga has both the little 2.5 km road course and the drag strip. On Fri/Sat nights there is a patio bar right next to the right lane on the strip, from about 60’ to 120’, right at the track edge. Kinda redneck in Cayuga, but so is every drag strip Ive been to, lol. Burlington, where I live, is better, there’s a few places that get happening at night (they don’t call it Girlington for nothing). Mosport is the big boy track, but it’s 90 min from me (but worth it). I’d have room for a couple guests, too.

Or I may be back your way to try one of the NJMP circuits, they have rentals occasionally. The EVO guys rented it last Sunday, they only needed 20 minimum (capacity 40) and was only $200-ish. Couldn’t get into that one, else you know I would have been there.

With some organization we could get that thread locked pretty easily

well it seem the REvo car is running really well. Unfortunately for Revo it’s auditude’s dad’s car, the two most notorious liars on the forums. So the info is kind of irrelevant to be honest.

If we drained his tank, then filled it with 93, then did the same with an APR car, then went to ATCO, then ran…I’d still be suspicious.

dude, you live in Burlington? WTF…you’re like 2 minutes from me.

where’d you find that tomato gif? strong

Yep… I bet that is why he shows the timing advance he does on his logs… It is very close to the advance that I show on my 100 logs…

Ron -my 100 file timing logs were definitely much better than the Revo ones I logged…

there is more to the timing/knock stuff that we can talk about over a brewski one of these days… stuff we can’t really talk about on these forums.

what can’t you talk about on this forum???

Seriously…somebody pour this man a brew at his computer so he can spill the beans.
